GoHighLevel Pricing in 2026: Plans, Add-Ons and Real Cost
GoHighLevel costs $97, $297 or $497 per month in 2026. All three standard plans include unlimited contacts and users. The biggest plan differences are the number of sub-accounts, API access, rebilling and SaaS Mode.
My honest answer is that HighLevel is worth it when you will use the CRM, pipeline, forms, calendars and follow-up automation together. It is harder to justify if you only need one simple tool.
We’ll compare the standard subscriptions first, then look at the add-ons and usage charges that can change your total bill. If the right plan depends on an implementation scope, start with our GoHighLevel consulting options.

What each HighLevel plan is for
Starter: $97 per month
Starter includes the core CRM, pipeline, website and funnel builder, workflows, forms, surveys, calendars and other main platform tools. It supports up to three sub-accounts. I recommend it for a single business or someone learning HighLevel with a small setup.
Unlimited: $297 per month
Unlimited adds unlimited sub-accounts, basic API access and the ability to rebill phone and email usage without a markup. This is normally the practical agency plan when you are managing several client accounts but do not need to sell HighLevel as your own SaaS product.
Agency Pro: $497 per month
Agency Pro adds SaaS Mode, automated sub-account creation, advanced API access, user or agent reporting and the ability to rebill phone and email with a markup. Choose it because you need those functions, not because it sounds more complete.
Costs not included in the base subscription
The monthly plan is not your complete operating cost. HighLevel lists usage-based charges and optional add-ons separately. Common extras include:
- phone numbers, calls, SMS and MMS;
- email sending and dedicated email IPs;
- AI usage or an AI Employee plan;
- WhatsApp;
- WordPress hosting;
- HIPAA compliance;
- white-label or branded apps;
- Marketplace apps and premium workflow actions.
For example, HighLevel currently lists AI Employee Growth at $50 per sub-account, AI Employee Unlimited at $97 per sub-account, WhatsApp at $10 per sub-account and WordPress hosting from $10 per site. Add-ons change, so verify the live pricing page before making a client quote.

Is GoHighLevel worth it?
It is usually worth it when:
- leads need consistent follow-up across email, SMS and calls;
- your team needs one pipeline and clear ownership;
- you are replacing several separate subscriptions;
- you manage multiple clients or locations;
- you will actually maintain the workflows and reporting.
It may not be worth it when:
- you only need a basic calendar or email tool;
- your lead volume is too low to justify the setup;
- nobody owns the CRM after launch;
- you expect a snapshot to run without review or maintenance.
Which plan should you choose?
Choose Starter if three sub-accounts are enough. Choose Unlimited when your agency needs more than three sub-accounts. Choose Agency Pro only when SaaS Mode, advanced API access, automated account creation or markup rebilling are part of your real business model.
If you are unsure, start with the lowest plan that supports the next 90 days. You can upgrade when the requirement is real.

Test HighLevel before committing
Use the 14-day trial to test one complete lead journey: capture, follow-up, pipeline movement and appointment booking. Do not spend the whole trial changing colors or importing every contact. Our HighLevel free-trial guide gives you a focused checklist.
