These Terms and Conditions govern your use of ghlfocus.com and your dealings with GHLFocus. By using the website, requesting a consultation or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms. If you enter into a separate proposal, statement of work or service agreement with GHLFocus, that document also applies and will control if it directly conflicts with these website Terms.
About GHLFocus
GHLFocus provides GoHighLevel consulting, setup, automation, workflow repair, migration, integration, AI configuration and related technical services. References to “GHLFocus,” “we,” “us” and “our” mean the GHLFocus team.
Website use
You may use this website for lawful business and informational purposes. You must not attempt to damage the website, bypass security, introduce malicious code, scrape restricted information, impersonate another person or use the website to support unlawful, deceptive, abusive or unsolicited activity.
You must be at least 18 years old, or legally able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, to purchase services from GHLFocus.
Consultations and recommendations
A free consultation is an initial conversation about your goals, current setup and possible next steps. It is not a complete technical audit, legal opinion or guarantee that a particular solution will achieve a specific result. Recommendations are based on the information available during the conversation.
Service scope and approval
Paid work begins only after the scope, deliverables, price and expected timing are agreed. The approved proposal, invoice, email confirmation or statement of work defines what is included. Requests outside that scope may require additional time and fees. We will not make material changes to your live systems without the access and approval required for the agreed work.
Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate business, technical and contact information.
- Provide required access, assets, content, approvals and feedback on time.
- Keep secure backups where appropriate and protect your account credentials.
- Review and approve forms, messages, workflows, fees, integrations and other deliverables before launch.
- Ensure that your marketing, messaging, calling, data collection and customer communications comply with laws and platform rules that apply to your business.
- Obtain appropriate consent before sending marketing email, SMS, WhatsApp messages or automated calls.
Delays in access, content, approvals or third-party responses may affect the project schedule.
Account access and security
When a project requires account access, you authorise GHLFocus to access and modify the agreed systems only for the approved scope. You should use role-based access, temporary credentials or secure credential-sharing methods when available. You remain responsible for account ownership, billing, user permissions and removing access when it is no longer required.
Fees, invoices and payment
Prices shown on the website are starting prices or descriptions of a defined offer unless stated otherwise. Your actual fee is the amount confirmed in the applicable proposal or invoice. Payment schedules, deposits, milestones, taxes, renewal terms and refund conditions will be stated in the relevant offer or agreement.
Unless a written agreement says otherwise, payments already earned for completed work, reserved delivery time or purchased third-party services are non-refundable. GHLFocus may pause work or withhold final delivery when an invoice is overdue.
Timelines, feedback and revisions
Any delivery date is an estimate unless we expressly agree in writing that it is fixed. A project may depend on client feedback, platform availability, third-party approvals and access to external systems. Included revisions apply only to the approved scope. New functionality, changed requirements or work requested after approval may be quoted separately.
Third-party platforms
Our work may involve HighLevel, WordPress, Twilio or LeadConnector, Google, Meta, Calendly, Stripe, email providers and other third-party services. These companies control their own products, pricing, policies, uptime, approvals and data practices. GHLFocus is not responsible for a third party changing, suspending or discontinuing a feature or account.
You are responsible for maintaining the licences, subscriptions, phone numbers, domains, sending services and third-party accounts required for your system unless the agreed scope states otherwise.
A2P, messaging and platform approvals
GHLFocus can prepare, review and submit information for A2P/10DLC, email, phone, advertising or other platform processes. Final approval, delivery and account standing are controlled by carriers and platform providers. We cannot guarantee approval, message delivery, caller reputation, advertising approval or uninterrupted access. You remain responsible for truthful business information, lawful consent and compliant messaging practices.
No guaranteed business result
Automation, CRM and AI systems can improve a process, but results depend on factors outside our control, including your offer, traffic, lead quality, sales process, team response, data quality and third-party platforms. GHLFocus does not guarantee revenue, rankings, lead volume, conversion rates, cost savings or a specific commercial result.
Artificial intelligence features
AI-generated responses, call handling, summaries and recommendations can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for approving the intended use, providing accurate instructions and maintaining appropriate human review. AI should not be used to make legal, medical, financial, emergency or other high-risk decisions without qualified human involvement.
Intellectual property
GHLFocus retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, know-how, reusable components and internal tools. After full payment, you may use project deliverables created specifically for you as described in the applicable agreement. Third-party software, stock assets, plugins, themes and platform components remain subject to their own licences.
The GHLFocus name, logo, website design and original website content may not be copied, republished or represented as your own without written permission. You may link to public pages and quote short excerpts with clear attribution.
Client content and permissions
You confirm that you have the right to provide the content, data, branding, images, recordings and account access supplied for a project. You grant GHLFocus the limited permission needed to use those materials to deliver the approved service.
Confidentiality
Each party should protect non-public business, customer and technical information received through a project. Confidential information may be shared with team members or contractors who need it to perform the agreed work. This does not apply to information that is public, independently developed, lawfully received from another source or required to be disclosed by law.
Case studies and testimonials
GHLFocus will not intentionally publish your confidential information, private account data, testimonial, logo or identifiable project details as promotional proof without permission or another lawful basis. Approved public information may be presented in a case study or portfolio summary.
Affiliate links
Some website links are affiliate links. GHLFocus may receive a commission when you purchase or register through one of these links, at no extra cost to you. An affiliate relationship does not change your agreement with the third-party provider.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its general information are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that every page will always be available, error-free or suitable for every business. Paid services are provided with reasonable care according to the agreed scope.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GHLFocus will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, loss of profit, lost opportunity, loss of data or losses caused by third-party platforms. Where liability cannot be excluded, GHLFocus’s total liability relating to a paid service will not exceed the fees you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
Suspension and termination
Either party may end a project according to the applicable proposal or agreement. GHLFocus may suspend access or work for overdue payment, unlawful instructions, abusive conduct, security risks or a material breach of the agreed terms. You remain responsible for fees earned and approved third-party costs up to the termination date.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when our website, services or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top will identify the latest version. Material changes will apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are subject to the laws that apply to GHLFocus and the transaction. The parties should first try to resolve any dispute in good faith through written communication. Any mandatory consumer or statutory rights available to you remain unaffected.
